Required Information - Astrology Report

Please send the following information along with your payment, you can either email the information seperatly or include in the comments box with your Paypal payment

1. Full name of the person for whom the report is intended, or both names if the report is for relationship compatability.

2. Gender

3. Date of birth - Set out as follows - Day, Month, Year

4. Time of birth - if time is unknown, please check out our Birth time Rectification

5. Place of birth- this should include the Town and City, County/State plus Country

6. The email address to send report/s to

7. With some of the reports you can include a question/s if you wish, please see individual pages for details.

8. Please do check your junk/spam folders around the time you expect your email report, as sometimes emails can end up there rather than your inbox.
