Control Your Anger

Control Your Anger With the help of this

Self-Hypnosis Session: You will learn how

to use various techniques to reduce your

anger to the point of non-existence. Only

you will be aware of the techniques you are

using, there are no outward signs such as

tapping on your head, or body, or carrying

out any unusual behaviours or tasks. You will learn how to control your breathing, change your thought processes, which in turn, will change your physical and emotional reactions. Your subconscious mind will help your conscious mind to accept and tolerate situations and people, that in past may have irritated you, frustrated you, or made you down right angry! So get your life back on track, make life comfortable for those around you, feel confident and relaxed about being in any situation with anybody, knowing that you are in complete control of all you do and say. What is anger? Anger is an emotional state that can range from mild irritation to intense fury and rage. What happens to your body when you feel angry? When you experience anger your body goes into a fight or flight response. Chemicals are released into your bloodstream to prime you up for the fight or help you flee the situation. These powerful chemicals cause your body to undergo extreme changes. Breathing begins to increases and blood is detoured away from the internal organs you don’t use in a fight and shunts it to your muscles for strength. Your pupils dilate causing your vision to sharpen and your awareness intensifies. Your rational mind is disengaged and your thoughts become distorted. You are now in your anger attack mode and ready to fight. The fight or flight reaction gears you up for battle, however most times there really is no battle to fight. When you face real dangers in the world, this fight or flight response is invaluable to your survival, but when you are in a constant state of fight or flight day after day your health can begin to suffer. The powerful chemicals accumulate and make your body pay a price for being in a constant high energy state. People with chronic anger are more likely to have suppressed immune systems. Chronic anger can cause gastrointestinal problems such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcers. Chronic anger can lead to heart attacks and strokes. Chronic anger affects your blood pressure.

Control Your Back Pain

Control Your Back Pain Have you been told

that nothing more can be done to help you

cope with your long-term chronic pain? Are

you concerned about how many painkillers

you take? Is back pain limiting your lifestyle?

Keeping you off work or stopping you enjoy a

hobby or interest? Does it prevent you sitting

for long periods or walking? Does the back pain

keep you awake at night? This CD will help you cope better with long-term chronic back pain, and help reduce the level of pain. We have all heard of anecdotal stories about people being involved in horrendous accidents and not feeling pain from their injuries until after the event, and other stories about heroic acts being performed by an injured person who is unaware of their own injuries until others are rescued; this is the minds way of suppressing the pain message so that the body can do what it needs to do in that moment. This ability of the mind to shut off pain messages when it needs to, is performed by the subconscious part of the mind, and it can be taught to use this suppressing power on demand through hypnosis

Control Your IBS

Your Doctor has diagnosed that you are suffering

from the symptoms of IBS, so now what? You

still have the pain, the bloated feeling, always

worried about how far the nearest toilet might be.

The constant worry of suddenly succumbing to

an attack of painful, griping, stomach ache,

a bloated waist, and uncontrollable diarrhea can

be so embarrassing that it often prevents the

sufferer from leading a normal life. The fear of having an IBS attack when they are not in familiar surroundings, can create such anxiety, stress, and illness, that many people have to give up their jobs, avoid meals out and are prevented from even going on holiday.

For some, the symptoms of IBS can be helped by adhering to strict dietary limitations, but this does not work for all and is not always easy to maintain.

Learn how to change the way your body feels and works right now, reducing discomfort, bloating, and pain.

This CD will teach you how to use your own unconscious resources to relax your stomach, and intestines, and calm the spasms, reducing the bloated feeling and improving the natural flow of body waste.

The imagery used will help you learn how to control your IBS rather than it control you. Once you have learnt how to relax, and control the symptoms yourself, they will disappear or reduce so dramatically that they become unnoticeable. After using this CD regularly you will feel more confident to regain your life, and start enjoying things you never thought you could. Taking back the control you had lost. Conquering IBS with selfhypnosis is now used in many NHS Hospitals, and is proving to be as useful, if not more so, than medication.

Note: This CD is not a replacement for any medication or treatment you have been prescribed by a medical practitioner, but it can be used as a complimentary therapy.

Hypnotherapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.

European Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. 17(1):1520, January 2005.

Gonsalkorale, Wendy M; Whorwell, Peter J

""There is accumulating and compelling evidence that hypnotherapy is an effective treatment for irritable bowel syndrome. Recently, studies have shown that hypnotherapy has beneficial effects that are long lasting, with most patients maintaining improvement, and with decreased consultation and medication needs in the long term. The particular gut directed approach used, which is aimed at normalizing and controlling gut function, is also described. While the mechanisms of how hypnotherapy brings about its therapeutic effect are not fully known, changes in colonic motility and rectal sensitivity have been demonstrated, although changes in central processing and psychological effects may also play a role"".
