We will email you within 24hours of receiving an order with an invoice for your records. Allow up to seven days for cheques to clear, before your order is dispatched.  All our prices for the UK have P&P stated clearly, included in the price. If you buy more than one item you can email your order through to us and wait for us to send you an accurate Paypal invoice. As a general rule we charge full P&P for the highest priced P&P item and 50% P&P on all other purchases. Please Email us with any queries before buying. If in doubt always email your order through before paying to ensure your P&P charges are correct, we cannot refund P&P charges after the payment has been made. Items are sent by 1st Class Post, or if you would like Recorded Delivery please email prior to paying to receive an up to date invoice including P&P. For all Overseas sales we accept paypal only, and shipping will be priced differently than UK fees. Please email us your order and we will invoice you by Paypal with the correct P&P for Overseas, we will combine postage for multiple purchases, where ever possible. We generally dispatch within 3 days of receiving cleared payment for an order, although some items may take longer, please allow up to 14 days from time of placing an order before contacting us regarding non- delivery, some of our products are sourced from the U.S and can take time to arrive. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear, before we will dispatch.  If an item is out of stock we will inform you ASAP and either dispatch the item when it is in, or we will refund you, your choice. We accept returns within 21 days of sale, please return your item at your own cost for a full refund.
